January is well underway, and we’ve welcomed many 2023 babies into the world already! This year we’re starting a little craft project that you can all be involved in! When you wrap up your final visit with us, add a bead to our birth jar and we’ll watch as the colourful representation of 2023 grows throughout the year.

The resources in our waiting room have been updated and reorganized. There are so many valuable resources available in Hamilton. Check out the bulletin boards for information posters, and the bookshelves for business cards and brochures. Soon you’ll find information about interesting research studies that you may like to be involved in posted on the door near the scale.
